Nội dung phim

Phim Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull (Indiana Jones Và Vương Quốc Sọ Người) - Chuyến phiêu lưu mới của Indy bắt đầu từ miền hoang mạc phía Tây Nam nước Mỹ năm 1957 – khi mà Chiến tranh Lạnh đang ở mức đỉnh điểm. Indy cùng người bạn Mac (Ray Winstone) trốn thoát từ một sân bay hẻo lánh trong sự truy đuổi gắt gao của các điệp viên Xô-viết.

Mọi việc càng trở nên tệ hơn khi tiến sỹ Jones trở về trường đại học Marshall. Người bạn thân Dean của anh (Jim Broadbent) cho biết những hành động gần đây đã khiến Indy rơi vào tầm ngắm của chính phủ và họ đã tạo áp lực buộc trường đại học phải đuổi việc Indy.


Trên đường rời khỏi thành phố, Indy gặp chàng trai có phong cách nổi loạn Mutt (Shia LaBeouf), người mang trong mình một lời nguyền cũng như một lời đề nghị cho nhà khảo cổ học lừng danh: nếu giúp đỡ Mutt hết mình trong một nhiệm vụ thì rất có thể Indy sẽ chạm được tay vào chiếc sọ pha lê Akator – một cổ vật huyền thoại đầy quyền uy từng đem đến biết bao mê hoặc, mê tín cũng như sự sợ hãi trong lịch sử loài người.
